Specialty Equipment is a supplier of the XiJet brand of Ink Jet printer. The XiJet printer and it's Composer software suite is an affordable way to manage your address labeling needs. The system uses the popular HP45A ink cartridges or can be fitted to use a bulk delivery system in high volume applications. A group of three cartidges will print up to 100,000 address labels. Your existing database can be merged into the printing software with a few simple key strokes. All current USPS addressing regulations and conventions are covered by the software including Intelligent Mail Barcoding and Fonts. The system is easy to maintain and designed to provide years of reliable service.

System shown here has been integrated into the delivery of a Muller 227 inserter for online addressing, but can be added to your mailbase or stitch - trim operation.

A complete turnkey system (which sells for less than $20K) includes printer, mounting bridge, software, I/O interface enclosure, PC and industrial cabinet. Installation normally takes a few hours and is included in the cost.  The system can be integrated into your existing mailbase, inserter or stitch-trim machine or we can provide and offline feeder base.
