MIRASERT Insert Control Software
MiraSert is a state of the art PC-based inserter control system written using Miracom's exclusive set of libraries for Newspaper Inserting Machines. It's extremely intuitive graphical user interface (GUI) cuts training costs and downtime, and its advanced data collection and reporting system provides accountability and better customer service. The system also controls upstream and downstream equipment, such as infeed conveyors from presses, stackers, labelers, and delivery conveyors. MiraSert uses Internet-based monitoring, which includes the ability to process and deliver sophisticated insert packages complete with demograhic capabilities.
MIRASTACK Stacker Control Software
MiraStack is a state of the art PC-based Stacker Control system, written using Miracom's exclusive set of control system libraries. MraStack is a control system upgrade for your mechanically sound stacker. Remove all of the old, failure-prone, unavailable components, oddball power supplies, proprietary card cages and cards, and outdated Plasma Screens. Replace them with standard, off-the-shelf, Windows PC, and Ethernet control components. The software gives you more finite control of the stacker, supporting servo-style motion control in even a non-servo motor. Power your operators to control the speed and timing of the stacker for a perfect bundle off your press or inserter.
EZCOM Inserter Control Software
EZCOM is the Muller control system designed and built exclusively by Specialty Equipment. The system is a state of the art PLC based controller. The system monitors production efficiency as well as machine faults. EZCOM tracks daily as well as lifetime production numbers. Faults are monitored through a touch screen mounted on the control panel and the faults include unopened jackets, feeder misses, delivery jams, drive, table and vacuum pump motor temperature as well as estop switches. EZCOM has backup feeder repair to correct those missed inserts before they are rejected. AN optional reporting module within EZCOM allows production monitoring and reporting directly to your desktop via Ethernet connection.
