Anyone who has run an inserting machine knows that an extremely worn feeder can considerably slow the production of a machine down. ML Erectors' has a rebuilt feeder exchange program whereby you get renewed feeders for your machine without lengthy downtime. Specialty ships in a newly rebuilt feeder and you replace your old head and ship it back in the crate supplied. These rebuilt feeders are renewed to the same standards and come with the same one year warranty as the rebuilt machines
ML Erectors specializes in rebuilding Muller 227 inserters. The 227 is recognized around the world as one of the most user-friendly and versatile inserting machines ever built. ML Erectors' rebuild process is second to none and leaves nothing for chance. All bearing, belts, hoses, chains, grippers and gears are replaced with new. The machine is sand-blasted and a durable powder coat finish is applied. Any bare metal surfaces are treated with a black-oxide finish. During the rebuild process the drum shaft is renewed with a hex shaft design and the hand wheel is modified for same. After assembly the feeder pockets are test run on a stand to ensure timing accuracy. All ML Erectors' rebuilds come with a one year warranty.
ML Erectors' can increase the production of a Muller 227 inserter by modifying the machine to use a different transporter chain spacing. The standard 21" spacing is reduced to 18". This slows the transport chain down by nearly 20% while producing the same number of products per hour.
